Since Afghanistan is a war-torn country, the reconstruction & business sectors have developed a lot in different sectors especially construction in this country.

NEW KABUL BANK credit department is determined to support them by offering bank guarantee and play its role in growth of the country economy.

For this reason, NKB credit department is offering BID SECURITY and PERFORMANCE BANK GUARANTEE for valued applicants which have been approved by NKB Board of Directors with the following conditions:

Conditions for Bid Security:

  • 100% margin deposit available with the bank on behalf of the applicant (company) kept for the bid security.
  • To write an application form addressing NKB CEO, signed and stamped by the authorized person of the company.
  • The application form of the company will be registered with Documents &Relation Department after being considered by NKB CEO.
  • Company stamp and license are required to be available.
  • Bid identification offer to be available
  • 1,500 AFN/30 USD services fee will be charged for each bank guarantee.( the mentioned amount will be implemented annually too ;in case the bank guarantee extended)

Bid Security Cancelation Conditions:

Margin deposit will be refunded after the return of original Bid Security to Credit Department.

Performance Bank Guarantee Conditions:

  • 100% margin deposit available with the bank on behalf of applicant (company) kept for the bid security.
  • To write an application form addressing NKB CEO; signed and stamped by the authorized person of the company.
  • The application form of the company will be registered with Documents &Relation Department after being considered by NKB CEO.
  • Company stamp and license are required to be available.
  • The applicant (company) should have a Letter of Acceptance available from the beneficiary company side.
  • 1,500 AFN/30 USD services fee will be charged for each bank guarantee.( the mentioned amount will be implemented annually too; in case the bank guarantee extended)
  • Performance Bank Guarantee will be extendible, if beneficiary company sends an original letter and an application form from applicant side

Performance Bank Guarantee Cancellation Conditions:

Margin deposit will be refunded after return of original Performance Bank Guarantee and Non-responsibility Formal Letter from the beneficiary department side to NKB Credit Department.
